Our preferred high-capacity Lender/Investor will review your Project at NO cost. If approved, they require a $4,958 USD deposit to begin underwriting and verification.
Initial underwriting costs can range from 1/10 to 1/2 of a percentage point of loan value or higher, depending on funding amount. These represent an at-risk borrower expense until joint venture status (via three invoices over the first 60-90 days). Other loan expenses may be financed.
Lender/Investor offers FULL funding and disbursement of money in 90 days for qualified Projects.
Current loan rates run 4-5% with partial equity swap.
Closing is scheduled in the Borrower home country.
